Processing Time

All pens are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During sales or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed by carriers due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond my control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to postal carrier errors or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you believe your order is lost, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, I can reship it to you—however, additional shipping charges may apply.
