Thank you for shopping with DazzleDez! Each pen is handmade with love and care, and I want you to be completely happy with your order.

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and delicate nature of my pens, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. I’ll do my best to resolve the problem, whether it’s a replacement or a store credit.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entry.
